Courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to maintenance, technical updates or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Course Availability

Courses purchased on your account do not expire unless otherwise stated.

Completed training certificates are generally regarded as valid for 3 years, after which refresher training is recommended in line with current industry guidance and best practice.


4. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and assessment.

Certificates:

  • are issued electronically
  • may be downloaded from the learner account
  • must not be altered, copied or misrepresented

Eversley Training reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates where:

  • fraudulent activity is suspected
  • assessments have not been completed honestly
  • misuse of the training platform has occurred

5. Business Accounts & Team Training

Businesses purchasing courses for staff members are responsible for:

  • assigning courses correctly
  • maintaining account security
  • ensuring learner information is accurate

Business account holders may access learner progress, completion records and certificates through the management dashboard.

Bulk discounts are automatically applied at checkout where eligible quantities are purchased.


6. Payments

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before course access is granted.

We reserve the right to:

  • change pricing without notice
  • amend promotional offers
  • withdraw discounts at any time

Any pricing changes will not affect existing completed purchases.


7. Refund Policy

Where a certificate has already been issued or downloaded, the original certificate must be returned to Eversley Training Co Ltd by post before any refund can be processed.

Once a refund has been issued:

  • the certificate will become invalid
  • the training record may be removed from our system
  • the course completion will no longer be recognised, validated or verified by Eversley Training Co Ltd

Eversley Training Co Ltd reserves the right to refuse validation or verification of any refunded course or certificate.

8. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are responsible for:
