• Food Poisoning can be described as an
unpleasant illness which usually occurs within 1
to 36 hours of eating contaminated or poisonous
food.
Symptoms usually last from 1 to 7 days food
and include one or more of the following -
• Abdominal pain, diarrhoea, vomiting & fever
• In severe cases death can occur!
